Tina Lee is the CEO of T&T Supermarkets, headquartered in Richmond, B.C.. T&T aspires to spread the joy of fresh Asian foods to an ever-expanding audience. The pursuit of this cause has led to T&T becoming Canada’s largest Asian food retailer, with 37 stores and over 8,500 employees across Canada and the United States. 

Tina is an industry expert in the specialty grocery space and is a passionate spokesperson on the topics of grocery retail and women in leadership. Tina’s achievements are widely recognized. In 2017, Tina was appointed by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to join the Canada-United States Council for the Advancement of Women Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders. The following year, Tina received the Grand Prix Trailblazer Lifetime Achievement Award by the Retail Council of Canada, and the Executive of the Year Award by Ascend Canada. Tina has also been a community leader throughout the pandemic, serving as Co-Chair of the Covid-19 Business Recovery Leadership Council, for the Canadian Chamber of Commerce. In 2021, Tina was inducted into the inaugural Grocery Business Hall of Fame, and was listed as one of British Columbia's Top 500 Most Influential Business Leaders. In 2024, WXN (Women’s Executive Network) named Tina as one of Canada’s Most Powerful CEOs.

Tina holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Business and an HBA from the Western University Ivey Business School. Tina has lived and worked in Canada, the United States, and Asia.
