Passion for Produce
The Passion for Produce (PFP) program, celebrating its 15th year, was created by CPMA to provide rising stars within the produce industry the opportunity to expand their knowledge of the supply chain through mentorship and participation in various events.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for these individuals to learn about the produce industry in an interactive setting, while providing education on key aspects of the produce supply chain from “field to fork”.
Keep an eye out for the PFP participants wearing their Passion for Produce red vests throughout the Convention and Trade Show!

Monitoring, reporting, and ultimately providing assurance to customers regarding sustainability is a complex and risk-laden endeavor for fresh produce producers. As buyers demand increasing assurances on sustainability outcomes – ranging from balanced land management and efficient use of water, energy, and materials, to mitigating packaging waste, many increasingly subject to regulatory compliance – growers must find effective and efficient solutions for sustainability monitoring and reporting.
"Finding Solutions to Sustainability Reporting for Growers/Packers/Shippers" is an industry-led, hands-on half-day workshop designed to equip those responsible for sustainability in their firms with the knowledge, connections, and insights necessary to develop and execute their sustainability reporting strategy.
Utilizing a classroom format supported by subject matter expert-facilitated breakouts, the sustainability workshop offers a unique opportunity for the industry to learn from one another, share key lessons learned, and develop pragmatic solutions and actionable takeaways workshop participants can immediately apply to their business. Complemented by a participant workbook, workshop summary, and post-workshop collaboration support, this workshop is a must-attend event for sustainability professionals in the fresh produce sector.
Attendance is limited to 150 participants, and the workshop is tailored for those responsible for sustainability monitoring, reporting, and strategy within the growers/packers/shippers community.
