The Passion for Produce (PFP) program was created by CPMA to provide rising stars of the produce industry with the opportunity to expand their knowledge of the supply chain through mentorship and participation in various events. Passion for Produce is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for participants to learn about the fresh fruit and vegetable sector in an interactive setting, while being educated on key aspects of the produce supply chain from “Field to Fork.”
Space is limited and participation is not guaranteed. A confidential application review process is conducted by an industry sub-group to determine the final participant list.
There is a program fee for each participant, which includes a Full Delegate registration for the CPMA Convention and Trade Show as well as all Passion for Produce programming.
This opportunity is exclusively available to CPMA members.
What do participants get from the PFP Program?
- Increased produce industry knowledge within and outside of the scope of their current role;
- Personal development that builds on their leadership skill set;
- Networking opportunities with industry managers, executives and PFP alumni.
