Our Convention dates are April 5th – 7th, 2022.
Trade Show days will be Wednesday, April 6th and Thursday, April 7th.

Upcoming important dates:

November 23 – Hotel room blocks open. Information will be posted on our hotel page. Note that CPMA does not use housing bureaus, all bookings should be made directly with hotels.

Early January – Exhibitor manual launches, further exhibitor information and resources for show planning are available.

Health and safety:

CPMA’s priority is a creating a safe environment at the show. As the situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic is constantly evolving, we will be working in conjunction with the Palais de Congrès de Montréal and GES to monitor health and safety protocols required, and will meet or exceed these standards set by the Palais, the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) World Health Organization (WHO), the Canadian Association of Expositions and Events (CAEM) and the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE).

Exhibitor warnings

Attendee lists
Please be aware that any solicitation trying to sell you the attendee list and contacts is a scam. CPMA has no affiliation with any such companies, and does not make attendee contact information publicly available, in accordance with our privacy policy and Canada’s CASL anti-spam legislation.

Housing scams
CPMA does not use housing bureaus. Please make all hotel bookings by contacting the official event hotels directly using the information posted on the convention website.

The chances are quite good that you will receive an email or phone call that offers you cut-rate housing for the CPMA Convention and Trade Show. The business’ apparent intent is to convince you that the offer is made on behalf of the CPMA Convention and Trade Show. These companies are NOT representatives of CPMA or our Convention and Trade Show.

International fair directory
Should you receive an email or invoice from International Fairs Directory requesting companies verify their show listing and submit payment, please be aware this is fraudulent communication. This guide is an independent publication and has no affiliation with CPMA and our official exhibitor listings.
