Booth space

Rental of the floor space (raw space only) in the Exhibit Hall

Each inline booth space comes with an 8-foot-high black drape, 3-foot-high side rails, and 1 line ID Sign (7” x 44”) with the company name and booth number.

Please note: Carpet is not included with the booth, but carpet or floor covering is mandatory as per exhibitor rules.  

The exhibitor is responsible for providing at their own expense all other elements in the assigned space including, but not limited to, booth structure, furniture, floor covering, electrical and booth cleaning services, as well as labour to install/dismantle your exhibit or move exhibit materials including fresh produce and material handling. Exhibitor provided carpets will be vacuumed once prior to show opening at no charge, additional cleaning will be at the exhibitor’s own expense.

CPMA exhibitor updates. These bulletins will provide important show information and deadlines to help keep you on track with your show planning.

Exhibitor services online manual. Your one-stop shop to assist with show planning, this online resource is the main source of show information and includes event services partner information and order forms.

Registrations

For each 10x10 sq ft of exhibit space, exhibitors receive:

• Five exhibitor badges, giving the badge holder access to:

  • Trade Show (including during move-in and move-out)

  • Business Sessions on Wednesday morning

  • Wednesday’s After Party

  • Women in Produce and PFP/Young Professionals receptions

• Five invitations to provide to customers or invited guests which include complimentary access to the trade show during show hours.

Exhibitor promotion and opportunities

• Your company name and short online profile in the mobile app and interactive floorplan. Includes searchable listing by category and the ability to add videos, product photos and documents.

• Automatic entry in the Best Booth Award competition.

• Eligible to apply for exhibitor-only promotional opportunities (e.g., New Product Showcase).
