The largest fresh produce event in Canada, the CPMA Convention and Trade Show provides a unique opportunity for industry leaders to enhance existing relationships and develop new business opportunities in Canada. Our show regularly attracts key decision-makers and customers from all segments of the fresh produce supply chain. Participants include industry executives, category managers, government representatives, and countless other notable staff who are involved in the Canadian fresh fruit and vegetable sector.

The 2027 CPMA Annual Convention and Trade Show (CPMA 2027) will take place from Tuesday, April 13 to Thursday, April 15, 2027, at the Vancouver Convention Centre, in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Representatives from 15 countries attended CPMA 2026 including: Belgium, China, Costa Rica, Greece, Guatemala, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Canada, USA, Chile.

In 2026, exhibitors representing over 330 companies accounted for over 70,000 square feet of booth space on the Trade Show floor. Among those were 151 international exhibitors, 194 Canadian exhibitors, and 49 exhibitors who were new CPMA members.

Beware of unauthorized event solicitations

As you prepare for the 2027 CPMA Convention and Trade Show, you may receive offers for hotel accommodations, attendee lists or other event-related services from organizations that are not affiliated with CPMA.

Protecting your company from unauthorized solicitations

Hotel and accommodation solicitations

Leading up to the event, you may receive phone calls or emails from companies falsely claiming to represent CPMA offering room blocks or hotel rooms at reduced rates. CPMA does not use housing bureaus and has no affiliation with any of these companies. We have seen some of these companies fraudulently use CPMA’s logo in their email signature in an attempt to convince you they represent CPMA. When in doubt about an email’s legitimacy, please reach out to a CPMA team member.

Please do not give any credit card or financial information to these companies. The only legitimate source of bookings for the convention is directly with the hotels using the posted block information on CPMA’s hotel website.

Unofficial event suppliers

There are individuals and companies that falsely claim affiliation with our Annual Convention and Trade Show, using its name and branding to collect payments or deposits for services they never provide, such as booth cleaning, order fulfilment, and booth setup. CPMA shares its suppliers’ names and contact details only through official communication channels. All show information is available on the exhibitor resources page of our Convention website. If you receive a suspicious email or call, do not click any links or share payment or banking information. In case of doubt, please reach out to Nicole Jeffrey at [email protected]

International Fair Directory

The only official exhibitor listing and program for the show is produced through CPMA. Should you receive an email or invoice from International Fairs Directory requesting companies verify their show listing and submit payment, please be aware this is fraudulent communication. This guide is an independent publication and has no affiliation with CPMA and its official exhibitor listings.

Attendee list solicitations

Please be aware that any solicitation trying to sell you the attendee list and contacts is a scam. CPMA has no affiliation with any such companies, and does not make attendee contact information publicly available, in accordance with our privacy policy and Canada’s CASL anti-spam legislation. Some of these companies are fraudulently using CPMA’s logo or will tell you they are in contact with show organizers. This is untrue.
