This year, the companions will be building a bicycle. The goal of this event is to provide something back to the community and make a positive contribution as a team. This event will put a smile on everyone’s faces, especially the children and youth receiving the bikes!

Discover the treasures of North America’s inspiring, charming and surprising shoe museum. The Bata Shoe Museum celebrates the style, development and function of footwear across four impressive galleries, with displays ranging from Chinese bound-foot shoes and ancient Egyptian sandals to chestnut-crushing clogs and glamorous platforms. Over 4,500 years of history are reflected in the permanent exhibition, All About Shoes while three other galleries feature changing exhibitions – so there’s always something new to see.

One of the world’s great markets – each merchant like a square on a lively and authentic patch quilt. The mothers, sons, fathers and daughters whose hard work and passion for food and their craft make up the collective story of the Market. There’s so much to see, taste and discover. Food makes the walking so much more delicious, after all.
The St. Lawrence Market Complex today is comprised of three main buildings: The South Market, the North Market and St. Lawrence Hall.
